I never knew how to use the cloth straps until a hanger here uploaded a pic how how he used it. AFter that, it was SOOO much more comfortable. Now the only pain is from the intense stretch.
Sixer, you know, a few days after backing down a bit on the rod length, I found that in order to maintain any tension, I had to keep extending the screws until I reached the maximum extension. So, after that, I put in the longer rods again and have the screws back down. I suppose if I get longer, the tension will reduce and I’ll just keep screwion the rods out until I reach maximum again, then add another rod.
I think I might have gained another 1/16th but it’s hard to say.
I started at 6 1/4 and after 1 week I got to 6 3/4. Last night I measured and it was like 6 15/16 (All BPEL). The thing is, it LOOKS longer.
Another thing I’ve started doing, at the advice of HorseHung, I’ve added some jelqing to my daily routine. So whenever I take a shower, I jelq for about 5 - 10 minutes. Not much, but it’ has helped a lot with my flaccid hang too. I think it helps supplement the PMing too.
Also, I’ve started taking 1Gm of L-ARginine 3x a day and it seems to have given me better ejaculations (slightly better, but I’ve only been on it for about 12 days so far).
Also, at HorseHung’s Recomendation as well as others, I’m taking in a large amount of water every day. I think I’m getting a bit over 64 oz a day, but I want to get it up to a gallon. The problem with that is, I have to pee so often and that means releasing my PM very often too.
I think that if our cells are to grow, and they are mostly made of water, then the more water the better? Same for semen output.
