Well I am circumcised and I do the Hot wrap warmup but I want to know that does hot wrap has an adverse effect on the sensitivity of the penis glans because it may effect the nerve endings.

That is hot wrap as in hot enough to increase circulation, not hot as in “Oh crap! I am burning my penis off!” It wont hurt your penis.
