Penis Cold In Extender, Is There A Way To Avoid This

I used an extender belt for a while and want to try a regular extender as I think I will get a better stretch out of it (certainly feels that way wearing it)

My only issue is no matter what I do, after about 10 minutes the tip of my penis starts to go cold (not numb), so I’m having to take it off every 30 mins and wait about 5 minutes before putting it all back on. This is a bit of a faff and after doing a search I have found it is a common problem.

I am using a noose to hold myself to the device, and have tried it with and without a silicone sleeve, makes no difference. Also tried to loosen it, still doesn’t help.

So my question is, is there a solution?

Would modifying my device to fit the vacuum cup attachment from my belt work? (As I could wear that for hours with no going cold or anything!)

What abut buying a portable usb heat pad?

Vacuum attachment for extender is the way to go. No restriction of blood flow.

Right, so I modded my extender to allow for the cup attachment. Works really well! Got a great stretch out of it!

But

After an hour the tip of my penis was cold!

It never got cold using the same cup with a belt. So I think the problem isn’t the attachment at the head end, but the ring base of the extender at the bottom, it must be restricting blood flow there.

A quick Google shows me that the two main veins of the penis run along the top, so I’m going to use some 10mm EVA foam to make a space to go at the base of my extender, but cut a gap out of the top so hopefully it finest compress those veins allowing good blood flow.

It works!

Just had it on for two hours and the top of my penis was only ever so slightly cold, not stone cold as it was before :)

Will stick to max 2 hour stints to check, but its better than it was before where after half hour is was cold as ice!
