Penis is being very weird.
Initially when I started PE I was having good effects example gains and harder erections. But now my penis seems to be getting less hard and gains have slowed if not completely stopped. I posted Time To Up Routine because I didn’t feel penis was getting worked hard enough.
Current Workout
Warm up 5 minutes
3 Sets manual stretch ever direction + Intervals of circle stretching
Internal penis stretches
5 Minutes Jelq
5 Minutes Clamp
Warm down 5
Ice it.
