Penis Map and Rotation of Protocols?
Apologies if this has been covered before, but it there a MAP of the Penis showing which protocols affect different parts of the penis?
Maybe even a spreadsheet of different exercises and which areas are affected by those exercises?

With these maps you’re able to mouse over the area you’re interested in enhancing and it provides the stretches, exercises, etc. recommended based on Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Protocols.
Typically in weight training you have primary activation and secondary activation (Chest/Triceps, Back/Biceps for example).
I was wondering if there was something similar with Penis exercises.
So, there would be specific exercises for all different parts of the penis that could be rotated much like weight training to maximize optimization.
Again, feel free to flame me if there was an obvious thread I missed on this. I’ve just found when I have free time to read the forum I’m all over the place looking at years of content submissions.
