Yeah, it’s dehydration and probably something to do with the alcohol depressing your system. Drink lots of water and have some asparagus and milk thistle after or during your drinking session - it will prevent some of the liver damage ;)

My penis gets only bigger when i drink.Because i need to pee every 15 min(one beer,one peeing).I also noticed in the morning i get bigger.That’s also from the urge of peeing

I Can’t say I have this problem and like D Ropa said, one would imagine that the vasodialting effects of alcohol would make your unit larger, but it also increases your blood pressure witch can be linked to ED. Best guess any way!
