Is it best to have a foreskin before you get a penis enlargment? or doesnt it make a difference?

Are you going to have it done?

If you are then seriously consider NPE first and see what you get (I’m assuming that you’re new to this).

I can’t answer the foreskin question but, even if I had the money, I wouldn’t let anyone butcher my dick know I know that NPE works.

Read some of the posts including the one by PirateSteve when he first appeared he. He has done this and will give you ACTUAL insight into the risks. PM him before you do anything other than the standard rub and tug.

If you have a foreskin, I recommend not getting it chopped off prior to, or after PE.

Im not sure if im going to have it done im just considering it as a last resort,i dont want to be pe all my life i just want a perminent enlargement.

If you read some of the threads here from people who’ve had lig surgery you’ll note that its possible to lose length, gain but only slightly and they make you hang afterwards anyway. Why not just hang?

If you are looking for a quick method, I think you are looking in the wrong place.

If i do decide to pe will any gains be perminent? or will i have to maintain it?

Penis surgery has become more and more under scrutiny because a lot of men have reported butchered dicks and so forth. I wouldn’t do it. And don’t have your foreskin chopped off, Bro, you’ll lose some valuable feelings that guys w/o foreskin never experienced.

This is probably true, but it sure makes hanging a whole lot easier !!

I’ll post it my bloody self, thank you very much! I had the surgery in 1999 in Alexandria, Virginia. IF you decide to do it, I highly recommend my doctor as he was very informative, helpful after surgery, the surgery went without a hitch and I had a full recovery very quickly. I had lengthening only, as I felt that one thing at a time was enough and I had limited funds. I followed post-op instructions to the letter, and after everything was said and done I had gained about an inch in flaccid length. Thus ends the good news.

I also lost just over an inch in erect length. It took quite a while doing jelqs, stretches and ADS to get that inch back. I have since talked with several other surgery recipients and get a widely varied picture with me somewhere in the middle. Some doctors completely butchered their penises (most of those horror stories are from the girth enhancement part of the surgery that I opted out of). Others now have permanent ED. Of those who did get gains, and there are indeed a few who I have talked with, most used a hanger with weights for months to “solidify” their operations (usually the Grip System) and most report between 1 and 2 inches erect gain.

I spent $4000, and got a shorter dick. Others have gotten a longer dick. Others have gotten a ruined dick. Of the guys who are happy with their results, most of them went to my doctor & most of them supplemented the surgery with hanging (which my doctor never mentioned to me). In my opinion, it is a total crap shoot. You pay your money, you take your chance. Wish I had just bought a BIB in the first place!

The reason I ask about foeskin being cut is because if the ligement gets cut wouldnt the penis head have to be pulled out to get the extra length? so if I was circumcised it would look horrible afterwards with no skin there thats what im thinking,correct me if im wrong.

You are wrong, skin stretches easily, evven if you gain 1” flaccid length and lose 1” erect length from surgery your skin can and will (given half a chance) stretch to accomodate.

How the Hell would I know? What is permanent? I sure don’t know! Since I am still hanging, stretching and pulling, I have no way of knowing how long or if it will last when I stop. I suppose you could always come to my funeral years from now and check…
