PhalloBoards.com (their forums + Phallo-Guide mainly) are a good starting point; I will have to say that erectioncenter(dot)com employs Loria’s methodology of girth enhancement, and until they discontinue Loria’s methodology or mystery cocktail (i.e. "proprietary filler") — it’s bad news. Silicone oil in large volumes in the shaft skin are seemingly the most problematic of all the fillers I’ve encountered following this scene for nearly two decades.
Notice how the site won’t even name the filler by brand or type. Why no faith in the material or product that they employ to get you bigger? I should note however, they aren’t a "scam" by definition, these fillers can & do get you bigger, but there are tiers for effectiveness, safety, and long-term satisfaction. Loria-related stuff is basically F-Tier (and for those who aren’t familiar with internet lingo, it’s the poor quality and potentially dangerous tier).
There are so many better and demonstrably effective options if this is a route you choose to go. However, know that these procedures are elective and not without risk. In my informed opinion, Loria and his affiliates are well below the risk-benefit acceptability score, and alternatives (including natural / manual PE) should be considered.
