Guys, I read the manuals and it says “Keep you penis between 40-50% erection blah blah”

The thing is, I really can’t tell exact numbers here. Either it’s soft, semi flaccid, semi, or hard. How do you guys tell between:

"Ohh My penis is exact 42.3434% erect”

I mean I can’t tell the difference between 40 and 50% and when I am jelqing, my erection levels change every second. How do you guys maintain that exact 40%-50% range the whole time?

(Also, some guides say use an 85% erection for different types of gains. Regardless, how do you maintain that certain percentage?)

If my penis is at 85% erection, and I pleasure it, it will get to 100% very soon. If I torture it, it’ll go down to like 0%.

Often times when I am jelqing, I have to stop after 2 minutes and masturbate to get to this 50% level again. (Which extends my 10 minute session to closer to 15 - 20 minutes)

Also, even when I am flaccid, sometimes my penis goes down to 1” but can be as much as 4” flaccid. Either way, the size differential is 3” and it still a 0% erection. However when I jelq for awhile, my penis goes down to that 4” flaccid form.

How “hard” is your penis when you are at this 50% range? How “hard” is it at 85%. How much can you compress it at these percentages?

Getting back into it for a week now, same goals as before, but..

1/10/2010 BPEL = 6.625", EG = 5.25" ... Really wish I did PE for the last 4+ years. Who knows where I would be at.

The issue is to NOT be at full erection. The number is more like 70% so use the semi hard you listed. Do not ever push blood back into the body. Only going towards the glans. I’ve had an injury from it so I know what I’m talking about :) Good Luck.

OK then, keep your erection between semi flaccid and semi, blah, blah.

If you consider jelqing to be torture, then you are doing it wrong and doing it too hard. Most guys complain that they are always fighting an erection while jelqing or stretching.

It takes time and practice to learn to jelq correctly and to achieve the discipline to maintain proper erection level for what you are trying to achieve. In general, jelqing at lower erection levels is better for length gains and jelqing at higher erection levels is better for girth gains.

In any case, jelqing should feel more like pleasure then pain, so keep working to perfect your technique.
