Permanent gains with bathmate?

Hi,
I am jelqing since long time with on and off periods.
I gained aroung 1/3 inch gains in lenght.
Never was able to measure the girth, because once I try my erections goes down.. But I can say there are some gains in girth too.

Now I want to try devices for a long time.

After I watched this video

Is there someone who got permanent gains with bathmate?
I red a view times that the gains aren’t permanent. If so, are the erections normal or even harder after using pump devices or does the performance suffer from it?

I recommend a conventional cylinder and a hand pump with a gauge. It will give you repeatable results and you’ll know what vacuum level you’re using.

It’s how I made my gains.

There are many affordable cylinders. Search the pumping forum.

The Bathmate doesn’t allow you to monitor vacuum levels. For me that’s essential for safer and repeatable results.

I would like to buy apump device anyways. Could you recommend me one?

I tried, but I can not find “the common” pump device..
My english is not the best. Could you please give me a hint how to find it?
