When/how do I know my gains are permanent?

I’m in week 6 and every time I measure I’m 6.5”x5.5” erect. My wife has demanded I don’t get any thicker. I started this wanting flaccid gains, an end to turtling, and I wanted 6” MEG. Mission not accomplished in any area. That said my BP flaccid stretch went from 6.5 to 6 7/8, BPEL 6 1/4” to 6 1/2”, and MEG from 5” to 5 1/2”.

How the hell do I know when these are permanent?

Well, I don’t think it’s permanent. My routine is now 2 on and 1 off. I do four stretching routines, three sets of five minutes in the bath mate, while in the bath mate I do kegals of 75-75-50, after each pump I do 20 jelqs, I then flop my dick slapping the left thigh 30 times, then right, then I throw on the goodie band. Sometimes I do the last pump (did it every time the last two three weeks) with the goodie band on. I also wear a cal exotics cock ring with extender almost all day everyday. I change up my stretches every week and I just went to four Twenty minute pumps.

Lost thing I’ll do is fowfer stretches when I go to bed. Tuck that sucker between the butt cheeks laying on my side and rack out.

I freaking hate turtling with a blind passion.

All that said I’m pretty sure these aren’t permanent by any means and are really a result of pumping.
