When/how do I know my gains are permanent?
What should a maintenance routine look like?

I’m in week 6 and every time I measure I’m 6.5”x5.5” erect. My wife has demanded I don’t get any thicker. I started this wanting flaccid gains, an end to turtling, and I wanted 6” MEG. Mission not accomplished in any area. That said my BP flaccid stretch went from 6.5 to 6 7/8, BPEL 6 1/4” to 6 1/2”, and MEG from 5” to 5 1/2”.
How the hell do I know when these are permanent?
My EQ has been amazing and my orgasms are probably the best in my life. I’m addicted to PE at this point. I don’t like off days. Anyway, thank you for any advice. If I’m jumping all over the place it’s because I’m drinking like a fish.
