Hello everyone!

First of all I would like to apologize for my english.

I’m just like everyone else, a human with needs and wishes. I’ve searched for this forum in order to find help for my personal problem. I am 18 years old and am hitting 19 this year. My penis is 14.5 cm/ 5.7 inches errected and 5 inches in girth. Now, I don’t know for how long my penis will still be growing, if it didn’t stop already. What I do know though, is that I’m not happy with it.

I have been reading a lot on this page and am/was ready to test the routines. I’ve started with the newbie routine and after 2 months I’ve gained around 0.5 centimeters / 0.2 inches on which I’m very proud on.

But the problem is.. I’ll try to make it short. I am moving on my own next year, but till then I still live with my parents and my brother. I live in a flat and it would be very weird if I would be doing PE for 30 minutes / 1 hour in the bathroom every day or second day. Telling my problem to my parents won’t do, I do not want them to know this, try to put yourself in my place - would be rather awkward, huh? :)

So that’s why, I’m looking for a way to do PE, but not every day. For example if I go to shower in the morning, that I stay there for around 40 minutes and do that every 2nd / 3rd day.

Would that work? Will I have problems getting gains? Is there a way to do this every 2nd / 3rd day and still get gains? I do not care if it takes a little longer, all I want to know is that I did all I could.

P.S. My goal is to hit 15 centimeters / 5.9 inches till end of summer. And for later on, 16 centimeters / 6.3 inches. I want to boost my self-confidence and feel better in life.

Just one last question. When I Jelq, how strong should I grip/hold my penis?

Training every other day is a good routine and many guys are making gains from it. You can also work on Mon, Wed and Fri and rest on weekend. When jelqing you should grip hard but not as hard as you can. You should be able to feel blood moving inside shaft and not just hand sliding over skin.

You can fractionate your PE work, like doing 10 minutes of stretching in the morning, then 10 minutes jelq in the afternoon, then again 10 minutes jelq in the evening.

Another good thing: do dry-jelq instead of wet-jelqs; dry jelq have to be done only for few minutes, and they aren’t messy.

About force on grip : start with a light grip, then progress week by week, looking at how your penis react. In the beginning, you have to be focused more on learning the correct technique than on intensity; as your penis is not accustomed to PE, even a light work could be effective, while a too aggressive approach could be counter-productive.

So, you have no more excuses for avoiding PE ! :)

I will try to make a routine for every second day then and try dry jelqing. I’ve read something about dry jelqing already but haven’t really tried it yet, about time I do it it seems. :)

I’ll try and work on my grip, and indeed, the weird space problem I have won’t be an excuse anymore either, thanks for the tips :) .

Hey there Hidurby, I understand the personal space issue, I too until next year live with my brother and mother, to be honest your best option is to wait for them to go to bed, or have a sightly longer bath/shower.

Yeah I’ll prolly have some longer showers in the future. Afterall it’s so hot these days that you need to shower atleast 2 times per day to not stink like a pig. Here atleast. :)
