Perspective,Thank You, and Goodbye
Hey everyone, I wanted to say my PE journey ends here. I think a lot of guys end up on this site curious, wanting to ask questions. Ultimately, I’ve come to the conclusion it’s not right for me. The obsession and insecurity that may drive some of us here (I don’t want to speak for all of you, as I don’t know your stories) is gone for myself. I haven’t really made gains, maybe an eighth of an inch, but I’m happy even if it doesn’t last I’m grateful to this forum for providing a place where people can come and openly ask questions and discuss about male sexual health. Because these things can come up and people are exposed to them through changing media norms, the role of men in society.
For myself, I think it’s an unhealthy attitude and way to move through life. I have what I have and I’ll do the best with what I got. There are a multitude of other ways I can improve myself far more important than PE, even for the sexual side of things. A clean diet and regular exercise will do far more for sexual health than anything else. Maybe, when investing more time into our health yields less benefit than PE, it might make sense to return. But for most of us, that’s not the case. I don’t think I would have reached this point without reading the perspective of the older/more life experienced individuals here, and it’s been an invaluable well of knowledge to draw on and learn from. The male supplement/diet section alone has taught me quite a bit as well.
So thank you everyone, I wish you the best, and good bye!
