Phallosan forte extender question

Hi, I’m thinking about purchasing a phallosan forte extender and had some noob questions;

1) it is worn by pulling your penis to one side. Are you supposed to alternate which side it is being stretched? Or does it make a difference?

2) is there a max amount of time you should wear it? I plan to wear it at night when I go to bed.6-8hrs of wearing it, is that dangerous?

3) does it matter if you get an erection while wearing it?

4) Is there a difference with the traction on phallosan vs a traditional extender like a size genetics? Will the gains be similar?

Woud not reocmmend that in the first few months. You should have cnoscious control, and you should exercise your dick before you attempt doing that.

No, works fine.

Phallosan ist he only suction device so far that I have been able to wear for several hours in a row;
I tested other (variations of sling systems) and they were all hurting or slipping off.

Be aware that wearing the Phallosan alone will most likely bring only insignificant gains and/or take you ages;
you need to do manual exercises as well.
Thre is no easy fix in PE, but takes a lot of time and consistency.
