Phallosan sleeve

I leave the phallosan forte sleeve partially rolled up. To me it seems like there’s only stretch where the sleeve isn’t covering. I don’t know how true that is. The penimaster has no type of sleeve system at all so I’m assuming there’s no real danger associated with not rolling down the sleeve all the way bur I just thought I’d ask.
