Physiological Indicators

Hi Guys,

I’ve come across the idea of physiological indicators on the forum and realised that means there are certain positive things we need to look out for during PE.
I was wondering if anyone can point out some of these physiological indicators that I’m missing out - I’ve been doing PE for about 3 months and am happy to see the gains are in fact real!
But, I’d like to know, since gains become more difficult to obtain the further you progress, what should we look out for ‘besides’ obvious gains which indicate growth? Since gains will be slower later on and hence more difficult to use as a tracker of gains.

Many Thanks,
Sigma4
