Please Advise on how to gain more BPEL
Hello Thunder’sPlace,
I’ve been p.e’ing for 6 months now and have gained 0.5” BPEL and over 3/4” BPFSL with thanks to the exercises discussed and demonstrated on this site and others. I started things off very slowly as I had psychologically induced hard flaccid at the very beginning of my P.E. Career.
I’m mainly after length atm so my routine has consisted of basic directional static stretching. I threw in side to side stretches 4 months into my routine, and I increase their rep amount by 5% every couple of days. I’ve taken a week long decon break every 6 weeks and recently took a 2 week decon break as it has been 6 months.
My BPEL hasn’t increased much at all in the past two months but my BPFSL continues to increase. At the beginning my BPFSL was less than my BPEL. Now it exceeds it by >1/4”. Could this be because I threw out the jelqs or never bothered to progressively increase my time spent jelqing?
I’ve heard from members here and on other forums that the TCG theory is no longer generally accepted or advised and that it’s normal for BPEL to lag behind BPFSL, but I’d really appreciate any advice on how to begin making BPEL gains once again!
My erection Quality fluctuates from great to mediocre throughout the week and I haven’t had morning erections since my mid-early teen years. (I’m 25 now). I still get what seem to be 10/10 erections when edging or masturbating most of every day. Maybe my EQ is what’s causing my BPEL to lag?
