Ok I am going to start my routine: I have been doing some research, but it seems a little vague:

Hot Wrap Warm Up: 5 min
Stretch: ? How long should I stretch for each time.. 20? 30 seconds? when I finish a 20 second stretch should I beat my penis against the side of my leg? Stretching is what is vague to me…
Jelq: 200 times about 2 seconds per jelq.. this will be weeks 1 & 2…

Any suggestins on the stretch part? Should I stretch up? down, right and left and out in front? and how long should I hold that stretch for.. Thanks guys!

When I saw this bit about slapping the unit against the side of the leg I had to smile. I only got big enough in the last 2 months to be able to actually do this. I think the point is to reestablish circulation and this can be done in a number of ways. I do 30 - 60 second strong continuous pulls strainght out. The duration of your pull may be limited by slippage. talcum powder is a good aid I have also used latex exam gloves to assist gripping. However the latex can dry your head out so its is a good idea to use plenty of moisturizers on your skin after stretching if you use latex as a grip aid.

This sounds ok, be careful not to overdo at first. Pay attention to your body. And don’t be surprised if at first your erections are a little less firm - the workout may tire henry out untill he is used to it. Good idea to time workouts so that you don’t have to perform for 10-12 hours later. Then as you become more accustomed to the workout less and less time is required to recover.

ok excellent.. one more thing.. after each 30 sec stretch should you beat your penis against the side of your leg?

It is not necessary that you do that move, I ususally just rub it a bit, or even do a quick jelq or two to get the blood moving again.

If you have enough slack in your hose to do in - have at it.

blood flow

As Luvdadus said, the penis thigh slapping is only for restoring blood flow. It doesn’t matter how you do it, but you MUST make sure that there is good blood flow to the penis .

2 reasons - restricted blood flow can cause problems, and blood is necessary in the penis to do the exercises correctly.

Ahhh ok… so should I be stretching with a 20% erection then?…. I stretched last night, and after one stretch the blood started to flow in and I got a tiny erection… so I should be stretching with a little bit of an erection???

Probably without is best, but use common sense in the first couple of weeks your getting your dick ready for the work ahead so the intensity will be low to moderate.

When I was doing manual stretching i would wrap my penis just behind the head with the pressure on the sides and pull out for 3 sets, to each side for 3 sets then up and down for 3 sets. Each time holding the stretch for 20 seconds or so.

Start slow and go from there.

I had to laugh when I read this - I mean really, how many guys can grab their dicks and slap them against their leg (“Sure it’s easy! Just grab a flaccid fistfull and slap the remaining 6” against your thigh”……. oh yeah,suuuuure!!!!!;) ) If we could do this none of us would even think about PE…….. except maybe just a few of us who are in it just for fun or aspirations to join the circus. :chuckle: But there is another similar way to restore circulation. It’s called a Hip Swivel Restore (HSR) - also known as the Hawaiin method (apologies in advance to avocet!;) ). Swivel the hips quickly from side to side so that the penis slaps against the pelvic region. It does exactly the same thing and gives your abs a little workout as well! :)

I didn’t know there was any other way apart from this! As Lil points out, as I could never grab my flaccid and throw it against my inner thigh (much less my outer leg :chuckle: ) I just assumed this was the natural “slapping”.
