Please help

I have been PEing since Mid July. I have been doing manual stretches and jelqs. Just recently I started to do 500 jelqs per session instead of 300. I have yet to see any gains in girth and very little in length. Any suggestions of what I should be doing. I also have a privacy thing because I live at home, so I can’t spend too much time doing it or people ask me what I’m doing. Any help please!! All I want is a 1 inch gain and .25-.75 in girth!! Thanks

do ulis, horses and clamping for girth and some different stretches for lkength. Watch the PE videos to know what I mean.

PE takes a lot of work. You shouldn’t expect a 1” gain in 4 months if you aren’t devoting much time. It takes some guys a year or more of constant, intense work to gain that first inch.

That being said, there are certainly ways to improve your efficiency given your limited time, but first please let everyone know your current routine; what exercises are you performing and for how long. Any other information you can give would be helpful.

You’ll get much better mileage if you increase your jelk rate gradually. Add maybe five or ten more strokes each workout. Doing this you will be less likely to stress your unit and then find yourself in Lousyerectionville for awhile as you recover.

Instead of bumping up to 500 jelqs, wouldn’t it be better to increase intensity instead?

My routine as of now was usually consisting of 3 days through Monday-Friday. I usually would miss Fridays, but I would be doing warm up with hot water and a wash cloth for 3-5 minutes. Then I do stretches out up at a angle and down for 6-8 minutes. Then I would do jelqs for 300 strokes. Jump in a hot shower and then be done. I know this is not almuchut as I said I cannot be in my bathroom for a hour without getting questions asking me what I’m doing. I can only be taking a hour shit so many times!! I have been going on and off with PE but now I have been trying to be consistent because I finished college and moved back home, no roommates. I thought I have gained before but I think it was a false alarm.

Intensity and duration.

It takes me 45 minutes every day (I rest a day). I love the gains, but hate the time commitment.

When I stretch, I pull HARD, but never allow pain .never. Because I have a high LOT, I do a lot of pulling straight down. There is no way to describe “hard” you just have to know your body and avoid even the slightest pain.

I do not Jelq hard, but I do it for 25 to 30 minutes. My penis is quite plumped when I finish.

Be sure not to over do it. Search for “positive” and “negative indicators” on this forum.

I agree with Stevie31, we need to know more about your routine.

Well, this seems reasonable, but if you have been doing this for four months I would have expected more intensity or duration by now. I am only a month in and I guess I do about 600 jelqs. I don’t count them but just do it for 30 minutes.

I am only a newbie, but it seems to me that there must be sufficient intensity for growth, and that intensity should increase over time. The increase should probably be slow and intermittent.

I think the warm-up is very important by the way. The shower is great, but one hour showers are conspicuous and expensive. Since you have no roommates, how about doing your routine late at night in your room?

I would like to in my room later on in the night, but my parents could come walking in at anytime. I don’t want them seeing me going at it jelqing watching t.v. Ha but I am trying to figure out a way I can get a good routine that will show sufficient gains at the same time secretly.

I also live with my parents, just wear a wide pants and strech in the pants.
