Well, this seems reasonable, but if you have been doing this for four months I would have expected more intensity or duration by now. I am only a month in and I guess I do about 600 jelqs. I don’t count them but just do it for 30 minutes.
I am only a newbie, but it seems to me that there must be sufficient intensity for growth, and that intensity should increase over time. The increase should probably be slow and intermittent.
I think the warm-up is very important by the way. The shower is great, but one hour showers are conspicuous and expensive. Since you have no roommates, how about doing your routine late at night in your room?
