Hi guys, I have a problem with PE. Every time I start PE with newbie routine my cock is dead for the next days.. I don’t know why, I do 5 mins of hot bandages 5 mins of strech 20 jelqs with normal intensity, and 5 min of hot bandages again. After this my erection during night are disapeared, and I have difficulty to get erection without touch my cock. Why this? I’ve fapped after PE can is this the problem? I don’t know what is the problem, I just know that my cock is very small, and I don’t know what to do for increase his size

This should not be happening. With me, it’s the reverse: PE stimulates me. Honestly, I’m not sure why this is happening with you, because it doesn’t sound like you are over-training.

Poor PE means often too much stress to your dick.

Try to reduce the time spent on stretches: start for example with 10 stretches of 15 s each instead of 10 stretches of 30 s as recommended in the newbie routine. Stretches are not the best for the EQ.

In the other hand, increase the time spent on jelq. Normally they are improving EQ.

Do you only do 20 jelqs or 20 min ? 20 min are may be too much as 20 jelqs are too few. I would suggest 100 jelqs but don’t put too much pressure on it.

Anyway watch your EQ that should be always good or very good. If you notice any EQ loss, make a one or more day break and wait for your EQ to come back again.

You can then slowly increase the time spent on stretches by 5s steps each week but only if your EQ is great.

Your dick needs probably more time to get used to the PE routine. Search for the linear newbie routine in the forum, it will help you !

You should try holding a stretch for +2 mins. Got me good EQ always.

Same for me. But with longer holds, it is even more important to relax into the stretch and not use much force.

IMHO, I would say less from my personnal experience. I had the same EQ problem as you and I reduced the stretches. My EQ came back and after a few days, I began to increase the duration of stretches. I am now at the “normal” duration of the newbie routine with a very great EQ ! I also added edging/ballooning to my routine which seems to have a good effect on EQ. But I am in the mood of “less is more” ;-)

Anyway, make a short try with more or less, depending on what you feel more confident with but just keep an eye on your EQ

You are way overworking things. 5 minute stretch, 5 minute jelq and each week add anther minute to each. And you should never feel pain when doing anything, Way too much force.

So from what everyone is saying you need to do more jelqing and less stretching. Until you get use to it do one day on and one day off.

REMEMBER: you don’t need to squeeze hard!

What is the number of jelqs in newbie routine? 100? And time of 1 jelqs is 3 seconds?

As far as I know it’s 200. But you can start at 100 and progressively increase it by step of 25 reps.

And yes, one “perfect” jelq is around 3 s.

200 jelqs 3 s each makes 10 min as the newbie routine says :)

If you read around you don’t have to start with 200 or 100. Go until you are slightly sore and then stop. If that is at 10 STOP! You need to do what feels right for you. After a while you will get accustomed to it and you’ll be like hey now I do 200 and hardly feel it.. You know what that means.STOP. At that point you need a break for a few weeks to months. When you start again it’s like starting all over and sometimes gains come quick. Use the newbie routine for the exercises not necessarily the amount you need to do. As you get use to the exercises you can add more and more.
