Point Me In the Right Direction (Pun Intended)
Got a few questions and requests, For months ive been looking up stuff about PE thinking it was a bunch of BS and i would never get past my average-joe size. First off does this stuff REALLY work… or is this one huge joke for every new guy (I guess its almost too good to be true) until theyh learn the joke and go in on it too.
Ok so if it is real, I am a very disciplined person, and when i want to achieve something i go 100% (despite what your former coaches say there is no 110%:-P ) and if someone could offer up a routine or links to other people who have good routines for maximum results then i would very much appreciate it…. also i have no idea how any of this stuff works, another great thing would be if someone could offer vids, pics, or explanations of each excercise. I look forward to chatting with all of you, and hopefully becoming another successful PE-er….. something along those lines
