The only way I can get an erection is if I manual stimulate myself and in the rare cases if I see a hot girl walk by or text me but I never get fully rock hard from it. The only way I can get filly hard is it I manually stimulate it. Wondering if anyone else has this problem.

I don’t get a lot of sleep 4 to 6 hours (college problems) I lift 5 times a week I take zinc magnesium fish oil ginseng recently l arginine ginko biotin.. Things I have taken are horny goat weed, testosterone booster, whey protein creatine. I have suffered an injury I broke the blood vessel but if I can recall I had to manually stimulate that erection as well so I don’t think that was my problem I do/did have mono and not sure if that has anything to do with it . Also I have been masturbating more recently about 2 times a day every day for a long time about 5 months I am 20 years old

Most probably that’s it. Stop watching porn for and masturbating so often and you’ll be fine. You could switch to edging if you need to touch your dick so much, just don’t ejaculate more than a couple of times per week.

Why are you taking a testosterone booster, if I might ask?

Thats what I was thinking I just had an erection and it last for 30 seconds it did get slightly softer. I took them because I saw them at the store and I thought they would have like steroid affects

Well the following is a bit off topic, but I already answered your original question:
It’s generally not a good idea to buy stuff that you saw at a store, based on an assumption that might or might not be true. If you do your research thoroughly and decide to take a supplement - that’s okay.

In the case of testosterone boosters, I’d advise you against those. Despite being advertised as safe, they tend to screw with the hormonal balance, even if cycled. You’re young, so unless you’ve been diagnosed with testosterone deficiency you shouldn’t take that crap. If you want to increase testosterone production in a more natural way - you seem to be on the right track with the fish oil, zinc and other supplements that you mentioned. If you have any questions on the matter - swing by the Fitness / Bodybuilding forum, there are people a lot more knowledgeable than me. :)
Anyway, you said that you have taken a testosterone booster, so you’re probably not taking it any more, I just wanted to give you my two cents.

P.S. Some people feel like ejaculating too often undermines their fitness efforts and generally feel better if they rarely do it.

Yeah I know that now I really do think it was the testosterone booster than may have really affected my hormones I’m seeing a doctor soon. I believe that its "out of balances" and that is a key role in getting an erection without maually doing so

I think that your erection problems are coming from the fact that you masturbate (and/or watch porn) too often.

The thing about the testosterone booster was just because I think they’re bad, not because I think it’s related to your problem.

Doing too much PE will do it too. I did alot of things to my dick over the years and I can say for sure that overdoing it weakens it. It took me almost a year to recover from all the things I was doing to it last time. Jelq, Pump, Stretching almost daily. It would hardly work. Today it’s like new!
