Possible damage from overzealous start.

I’m new to Thunder’s Place and am wondering if anyone can set me off in the right direction. I came across jelqing years ago but just recently tried it. I went to hard at first despite understanding that it’s a slow process and think I even had possibly damaged my penis as it discolored a little and I would not work at all days later with my wife. I was worried to death I thought I broke my stuff but it came back around. It seems as if my EQ suffered from it though. It just doesn’t get as hard nor stay up as easy as it used to. That might have to do with age(34) and being overweight. When I watch porn I get just as good of erections as I always have but with my wife I sometimes struggle. I wonder if I’m just less attracted to her than before or if it is a result of some possible damage. I am really average in both length and girth. About 6x4.5 and am interested in a little more length but more interested in increasing girth as my wife has stated more of that would go along way. What does anyone recommend for girth. Thanks all

Go for the newbie routine, that should get you started.

Girth specific exercises are more advanced stuff that you can easily get injured from, so stick with the newbie routine until you’re conditioned. Good luck.

Do the newbie routine correctly for a few years and stop watching so much porn and if possible improve you cardiovascular condition. The last two things will help you have harder erections and the first will make your penis bigger. And remember your not superman, start slowly and set limits, don’t over do it.
