There doesn’t seem to be too many things that can help that aren’t also stimulating. 0.5-3mg melatonin for sleep, a capsule or 2 of phosphatidylserine (Seriphos) to reduce cortisol, 100-400iu vitamin E, triggering the relaxation response, not watching porn, not working too hard, reducing volume and intensity of workouts, no PE, no caffeine, don’t get too worked up about things, reduce sugar and processed foods, eat unrefined foods.
