I was wondering, after a stretch and jelq workout sometimes I get a good pump or fuller hang, but only once I’ve adjusted to the sets and reps. And then I think maybe once I get too adjusted I lose some of the pump. But anyways my question is, is this any kind of indicator of overwork/underwork or effectiveness?

I think the consensus is, if it turtles that is a bad indicator.
