Potential Improvements Starting at 5" BPEL?

I’ve been looking to see what potential gains could be achieved, and so far based on all the signatures I’ve seen on posts most everyone here has started at about 6.5” or longer.

I’m starting at 5.2(maybe)” BPEL, and seems to be about 5” NBPEL. I’d like to get to about 6.5” but even 6” would be nice. Anyone got experience coming from that sort of length and making decent gains?

I’m not too sure about starting at 5” BPEL. But I can tell you that I started my journey a month and a half ago at 6.5” BPEL and I’m now at 7¹/⁴” BPEL. I could share my routine and some tips I picked up so far if you’re interested.

I use the bath mate hydro-max 7, penis extender pro, and jelqing

I workout everyday. I start by dry jelqing for 10 minutes as a kind of warm up. Then I use a hot rag for about 5mins. I then move on to my bath mate. (I use it standing up outside the shower because I get tired of spending so much time in the shower and being a raisin by the end of it)

I use the bath mate while erect for a total of 15-20 minutes split into 3 to 4 five minute sessions. In between sessions while I refill the bath mate, I use a hot wrap and regain my erection. (you wouldn’t have to use a hot wrap if you’re using in the shower). As far as how much pressure I use; I pump until I feel a slight stretching, but not too much discomfort. Then I set my timer.

After using the bath mate I take a shower. Then I usually wait about an hour or so before I’ll put my extender on. I use my extender for about 4-6 hours a day. I’ll usually take small breaks from it during that time to pump fresh blood back through. While using it I go by feeling. I extend out until I feel a small tug then stop.

After I finish my stretching session I’m done for the day. I start all over again the next day. I’ll share a picture of the stretcher/extender I use. I started out using pro-extender but I didn’t like it too much.

So how long does that all take?

You can definitely see significant gains. I think I started at around 6 inches and I’m coming up on 7.5 bpel.
I only wish I’d been more careful and methodical and it maybe would’ve taken me ten months instead of ten years.

Seriously, if you’re new and haven’t injured yourself or stupidly scarred your tissues, you are in a much better position to make noticeable gains rather quickly than people who have been doing it for a long time and are coping with long-since conditioned tissues or injuries.
Just do your reading, *take the advice of the vets to heart even if you’re unsure that their advice is necessary,* and don’t give up.

The whole process of pumping probably takes me about 30 mins but it took me a month to really get in the routine. I stretch with a traction device for maybe 4-8 hours a day. I do it every day. I haven’t injured myself because I’m very conscious of how my penis feels. If I feel anything out of the ordinary I stop immediately.

Reading theories stretchy tissue can’t be at its fullest to be most deformed. I use bathmate to warm up and get blood into. I’m a fan of manuals and hanging.

I think I just celebrated my 3 year anniversary. I honestly haven’t measured in over a year, although I put tape on my cylinders as a reference, so I have noticed growth. But, measuring today, I’ve gone from 4.5 BPEL and 4.5 mseg to 5.5 BPEL and 5 mseg. I’m quite surprised and happy. Being in the 5’s for length is great considered I was just going for girth because I had really accepted my shorter dick. When I started PE, I thought the girth increase would have the maximum effect with a woman, so the length increase is inspiring. Above 6” seems within grasp. A lot of the length increase really only occurred this year. I think Covid and idle hands really helped me be more consistent.

I’ve had injuries from over pumping this year where I’ve had to two breaks(currently on a break from pumping). But, if you go the pumping route, I forget who always says it, but constant heat and under 5hg is the key. It’s fun to see getting past that tape mark on the cylinder, especially when you’ve been shorter your whole life, and getting a little extra pump or staying in the cylinder too long can only be done so many times before my penis told me to stop. Follow all the posted advice and you’ll be fine.
