Pre-Sex Pumping Tips
Hey guys, I am relatively new to the PE game; I have been doing basic manual work for maybe 4 months total on and off (not too serious until now). Recently I have bought a pump and have been following a 1 on 1 off schedule with the occasional switch up to 2 on 1 off. However, one of the main reasons I bought the pump was to use before sex for extra sensitivity, girth, and hardness. The hardness and sensitivity are very apparent after my sessions but girth seems to be relatively minimal. I am 5.5 girth on a given day and after pumping for around 30 min I tend to only be 5.65. As of now my routine consists of a hot shower and hot towel to warm up, followed by 5 min stretching and 5-10 min of jelqing at 20-40 percent. Then, I proceed to use the pump for 3 sets of 5-8 min range at 1.5 Hg to a high of 3 Hg since I am playing it safe as a beginner. I also edge between sets as a form of rest. After its all said an done, I use another hot towel and massage my member. The biggest boost I have seen was 5.5 to 6 with the use of a ring and 5.5 to 5.7 without. So basically, what would be the ideal routine/length of sets/pressure and timing (how long before) to pump before actual sex in order to get near that 5.75 to 6 inch girth ball park without a ring?
