A question for the old hands:

Can you tell in advance whether a forthcoming P.E session is likely to go well or not? Are there correlations between hydration, nutrition, rest, etc., and P.E.? Do you sometimes have intuitive predictions that you can’t articulate that turn out to be correct?

Personally speaking…. the best PE sessions for me are in the morning, when I’m fully rested and my testosterone levels are higher.
If you’ve had a hard day and you’re tired, chances are you won’t experience the best results.

It is exactly the same as if you were into working out in the gym or playing a sport.

Your body will ALWAYS perform better with adequate rest, food and liquids.
