I have read a lot of guys here complaining how they have become premature ejaculators over a period of time. I, for example, could last long untill about 2 years ago. Then somehow I realized that I couldnt last long. I could blow in less than 5 minutes. So i went back to figure out what I must have done wrong. The answer to my problem was that I had wanked off so much that over time, I had trained myself to ejaculate early. Add to that the involuntary throbbing of my BC muscle which, IMO made me cum without much stimulation. I took note of my situation and started working towards it. Now, I have no such problem called premature ejaculation.
I’m sorry to make this lengthy and stray away from what you actually wanted to know. Yes, you could ejaculate. Infact, ejaculating once every 5-7 days can be good for the prostate, specially after you have edged. Im not sure if you should ejaculate everday. It doesnt serve the purpose if you keep blowing your load. Cut down on your urge to cumm. Enjoy edging.
This post is GOLD! I was under the impression that edging was about getting to the PONR and backing off, so I would basically do short quick kegels non-stop until I got there. I didn’t realize that this only made me get to the PONR FASTER and it worsened my problem. The idea with edging that is VITALLY important is to get to the PONR as slowly as possible and try holding kegels or holding reverse kegels when getting there to slow the process down and to see how your body responds to that to keep it off for the longest period of time. Then when you finally get there, either back off, or if you want to work on being multi-orgasmic, then hold a very strong kegel through the orgasm, possibly pressing on the BC muscle below your scrotum to hold off ejaculation. This will keep your body well in tune with your function of orgasm and will allow your sex to get better. I made the embarassing mistake of edging improperly and I had a very embarassing experience because of it. Do it the right way, and reap the rewards.
