Problem, looking for guidance

Problem, looking for guidance

Thank you Thunder for opening enrollment.

I have bee working on PE for a few years on and off, but have gone full throttle the past few months. I’ve learned a great deal about the anatomy and mechanisms of the penis through this site. I don’t think I would have noticed this issue if I wouldn’t have seen the anatomy links here on the forum.

When I gain an erection, I notice that my top and sides are rock hard. What doesn’t seem right is that my glans is not, and never really has been. My glans is always about .5 to 1 inch less than mid-shaft. What can I do to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Well, the problem may be as simple as over training a bit.

It can also mean that your vain is damaged. This was the case for a few members in the past. If you browse around the injuries forum you will find a thread regarding this same issue. I am sorry I cannot help further, I was not involved in the thread, and payed it very little mind at the time so I don’t remember who posted it, or what he did to fix it.

I’ll browse around and try to find it, but in the meantime do some snooping of your own.

Wishing and hoping for the best - yup your doing it wrong.

My glans has never really gotten as hard as the rest of my penis, unless I’m clamping. It’s probably .2-.5” larger in circumference than the shaft, has always been that way.

Start (Initially August 2008, Properly November/December 2008): 6.9x4.9

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)

R Dopa is right - the glans is not supposed to be as hard as the shaft in a normale erection. Many notice that when start PEing and believe it’s an issue, where it’s not the case.

You can do very little to augment the size or change the shape of your glans, since it’s very elastic and strong.

Just to clarify it, does your glans even expand? Or is it the same size whether flaccid or erect? Well I’ve read that it’s not the same for everyone. Mine fully expands and kinda hard when I’m erect.

Yes. Some guys do have fairly consistent glans expansion (though it could never be as hard as a very hard shaft), but plenty of normally functioning penises have inconsistent and frequently soft glans expansion during erections. Don’t worry about it, if the rest of your dick is getting hard and staying hard. I only get a consistently hard glans if I am clamping or I have an amazing erection (usually during intercourse) and am kegeling frequently.
