Despite not PEing for long at all, I took a week or so off accidentally, where I forgot about PE and didn’t perform any exercises. Now after returning, my EQ has improved massively, my penis is much thicker, seems denser almost and may be about 1/4-1/2 inch bigger, possibly from improved EQ alone. This has filled me with much more confidence, despite still being less than 6 inches, it’s a massive improvement on what I was before, a bigger flaccid hang feels great. I also have come to terms with being quite short 5”5-5”6 and thought that my small height will make my penis look even bigger.

Quick question, if I get an elastic band and put it around my penis after stretching and jelqing, will there be any benefits or dangers to this? When I put it on, my penis feels much hard and denser, it’s not too tight, but it does something. Is it worth doing this?

You’re speaking of cours of an adjustable cock ring made from either elastic tubing or a rolled up sheet of rubber. There is a danger wth this like with tourniquets but so long as you do not leave it on for more than 15 minutes at a time you should be fine. Also you can experiment with c-ring days and non c-ring days after your PE session but it has always been my experience that too many clamp or cock ring routines each week will leave me with tenderness around the base that can be felt even in the urethra.

Play it safe and listen to your penis, take either a 1 day on 1 day off or a 1 day on 2 days off approach until you fund what works best for you.

I’m currently doing a newbie routine, with emphasis on stretchs (10 min) and about 30-50 jelqs, with 3 days on 1 day off 2 days on 1 day off, to make 7 days. Is this too much?

It all depends on how you feel on your days off and EQ. If you can’t get an erection to save your life then you may want to add in another off day. If you are tender and sore on your days off then you may want to cut it back a bit and build up slowly. I would like to be able to give a cut and dry answer but PE is different from man to man.
