Progressing to a new routine with ulis and more
Hi guys.
Been doing the PE thing for a few months now. Started out with the newbie routine. Nothing really happened! Tried upping the jelqing time and still no go! Recently I’ve experimented with Uli #3, Jelq Squeezes and O-Bends. I feel a bit girthier now, probably gained ~.3 inch. I know it’s a bit early in my PE journey to start these more advanced exercises, but they’ve been working!
I’ve looked at the PI’s and notice many positive indicators, and no negative ones.
What I’m most curious about is, since I’m still a newbie, how hard I should hold my Ulis and jelq squeezes. I definitely don’t want to hurt myself. I currently Uli until I feel my penis very engorged and deep read; the veins pop out too. Is this about right or too much?
My current routine is
5 min warm up
5 min stretching
10-15 minutes jelqing
3 minutes jelq squeeze
5-7 minutes Ulis
5-10 minutes O-Bends
5 minutes stretching
Essentially I PE until my hands get tired.
Any help would be appreciated. Feel free to critique anything!
