Progression Rate-is There a Rule of Thumb

I can’t seem to pull up what I’m looking for in search using the terms I can think of, so please pardon if it was there all along.

What I was wondering was if anyone has derived yet a typical progression rate from all the data available here.

Such as: “on average, gains at (1 year, 2 yrs, etc.) are 1._ X gains achieved at (1 month, 2 months, etc.)”

I know there are a ton of variables and everyone’s mileage varies, but was just wondering if there was already a rule of thumb like this.
