Hi all, I realize this topic has been drug through the dirt a million times, but I think it’s worth bringing up again in this case (and I realize, as I have searched multiple occasions for information about this).

There are a lot of new people on here, and a lot of people that just don’t know how to jelq properly. The description in the tutorials is good, as is the video, but I feel people have trouble following it.

There are many times where ‘perfect jelqing’ is brought up, and with that kind of jelqing, it not only saves you a lot of time and energy, but you get much better results. However, it is sometimes difficult for people to describe how to get the best reults by jelqing in the most efficient way.

So the question here is: Can some of the veterans or anyone that has been able to get results using perfect jelqing please post in the easist possible way how to know when you’re getting it right? I have tried several different ways, but I’m not getting good post jelq expansion at least in the girth categorie (where it matters more for me). I feel that myself and others could benefit from having all that jelqing knowledge right here and possibly discuss new techniques and methods to get the most out of jelqing.

one month in (as of 02/12/09): 8.15" BPEL, 7.4" NBPEL, 5.6"EG, (5"-6.5" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 190 lbs.

Currently (as of 04/3/09): 8.50" BPEL, 7.6" NBPEL, 5.7"EG, (5.5"-7" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 175 lbs. (final semester of Computer Science > Gym :( )

Goals (in the next 6 months): 8.60" BPEL, 7.8" NBPEL, 6" EG, 7" FL, 5" FG, (still hopefully 6'1"), Weight: 200 lbs.

After years, I found what works best for me. Slower jelging while applying pressure at the base with the other hand while almost fully erect. Be cautious, but I see my best gains thru this than any other.

Thanks GA Fireguy, and this is exactly what I mean. It took you years to find what worked best for you, but if we have a lot of tips from vets like yourself, maybe the newer people will be on their way to finding what works for them a lot faster. It also gives us less chance of hurting ourselves if we’re doing it properly.

I really wonder about some of the claims on this site. You would think some of these guys have rubber penis’s and all you have to do is stretch it a couple of times and viola, 8 inches.

Bull! It takes years and the gains are very slow.
