PRP Shot for injury

I’m booking a consultation for the PrP shot to help my injuries and wondering if anyone can give insight into my specific case since it’s not normal and I can’t find anyone on the forum with my problem since I started hanging without propped knowledge and tools and access to forums. So 2 years ago I started hanging without proper equipment and methods for about 5 months using a home made noose like hanger that caused tissue damage and excess skin. After the 5 months the top tip half of my glans was darker than the rest the skin around the urethra looks stretched and my overall skin is loose. I left it alone and have let it heal without any hanging and after 15 months the darkness of the glans started to fade and it’s been 20 months now and the colour is almost normal again. The stretched skin is still there. I decided to see a urologist about this issue and explained to him that my erections are there but the glans is softer than usual and drains quickly and I’m sure I have tendon damage and the excess skin is not normal. He examined it and assured me that my penis is normal and said there isn’t any surgeries he can perform for the skin and referred me to a plastic surgeon for cosmetic scrotal skin removal. I’m not able to see a surgeon for that yet and I looked into the PrP shot to enhance healing. Anyone recommend this?
