A mons pubic lift is the only Surgical way to remove the fat pad. You can do liposuction only, but that can leave excess skin behind and actually make the issue worse. My issue was about 80% skin 20% stubborn fat. Also that skin stretches when you get erect so it can diminish the appearance of your ligham.
It’s like a tummy tuck for the pubic area.

Ok update on fat pad reduction not yielding NBPL:
Surgeon told me my fat pad is swollen solid and it is preventing EL to show results.
He claims that I can expect further FL gains as the swelling goes down in the next months.
He then reminded me to stop intentionally having erections and gave me another Netflix recommendation to keep me on my ass and healing.

Am I allowed to share his info on this site? Allot of you guys seem to like FL, if that’s what you want I can tell you this doc can do that same day. I believe things when I see them, so jury still out on NBPL.

Is there any more to report on this?

Where can I get one of those surgical garments? Could you f*ck with it on?

Was checking my BPEL in the mirror by holding fat pad down - looks so much longer.
