G’day guy’s, just a question about correct BPEL measurements when you’ve quite a bit of fat around the pubic area. I’m not sure if I can actually BPEL measure correctly because of the weight I am. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not obese but my body fat is centraly located around the waist. Should I just accept the measurement and just record gains from that?

Bone pressed means just that- firmly press the ruler into the pubic bone. Firm means firm, but don’t injure yourself. Do the best you can with what you have. Measure it and use it as a starting point. If or when it changes over time, just note it. You are on two important journeys for you - weight loss and penis enlargement. Good luck with both.
