Pulling the penis to make longer

Don’t want to hijack this thread but I found this
Interesting article. It seems that if you pull on your penis enough
It will get longer.

Interesting article. It’s a bit unfortunate that it has only three examples and seems to only reference discussion papers, so it’s far from proof. Assuming the veracity of it’s findings and the truth of it’s postulation on cause, it would suggest that the best time to PE is in early childhood but that’s fraught with other difficulties, parents mostly try to encourage their boys to not touch their penis, especially in public settings.
