Pump causes Frenulum Inflammation

I use 3 different pumps. I’m getting good results with about an inch gain in both directions so far. The only challenge is that most times, the frenulum (the area between the head & main shaft) puffs out and looks freakish for a few hours after pumping. I’ve heard this is not uncommon, and I wonder if anyone has a fix that works. Thanks

It’s called a donut and some use a sleeve to minimize this result.

But yeah I’ve read condoms while in the tube can help. Haven’t heard much about a sleeve like titleist said but I’ve been pondering about it for some time now. Or even just wrapping with ace bandage or something? Not sure if at some point too much wrap affects the vacuum or not?

Also, water pumping seems to reduce fluid buildup for those who are more prone to it

I’ve been very curious about this, are sleeves too thick and will it have a negative affect on the vacuum within the tube in the opinion? If not, are there any sleeves that cover the shaft as well as the head? Or perhaps toe wraps would suffice since most sleeves are open ended..

I’ve been thinking of toying with with a fabric wrap or something to get a similar effect but that may prove inconvenient so I was also thinking of making my own sleeve out of silicone. I don’t really want to go through so many condoms just to pump with them haha

I tried sleeves once. I never used them again. I don’t care about the donut.

I thought the donut can be a bit of a hindrance, no?

Mine has always resolved quickly. Not an issue.

I’m also noticing that my entire Dick is starting to rotate counter clockwise. This is just with pumping.

I’ve been at this on and off for a year the inch gains last for about an hour after pumping. It seems daily pumping stretches the skin so there’s more room to grow into when erect. Also, I suspect the corpus cavernosum is also stretching. If I don’t keep a daily routine it goes back to normal. I believe if I stay at it- there may be some permanent gains.

You’ve got the good attitude about the doughnut Title I not gonna worry about it. When I use tape, the head doesn’t get as massive as it can. And everyone likes when it’s reached bulbous Maxi mus. Even the length gain is somewhat impeded with tape.

Has anyone achieved 2” gains in length & 1 1/2” girth gains, with just the pump? Or are more drastic measures required?

I’m using a 4M Endurance. Both the 1.75 & 2.00 diameter models. Also the hydro max Hercules. I pump for 5 minutes. About 9 reps, once a day. Every day. It only takes an hour. This will definitely work for you. Keep the discipline of regular daily work for inspiring results.

Yeah I’m talking 1” bone pressed erect length increase & 1” circumference (girth) Increase, measured at base.

I started at 7” L x 5” G. In normal erect BP state.

After pumping I go to 8” max in length, sometimes 7.5”. It’s usually between 7.5 - 8.

And girth is consistent. The whole shaft starts at 5” girth then after pumping, it goes to variations from 5.5 to 6” around. I know it goes to 6 3/4” around while pumping, because the flanges on the gasket leave indentation marks on my dick, and the pumps interior circumference is 6.75”. I usually only spend about an hour per day.

I’m using 3 different pumps. First the 1.75” diameter 4M Endurance. A couple 5 minute sessions and my cock gets too big to fit in the tube. It’s over 5.5” around. I switch up to the 2” diameter 4M Endurance. A couple more 5 minutes sets. It starts to fill this one up too. That means I’m now at 6.2 “ in girth. The pumps are 9” long and I’ve marked off 1/2” increments from 7” through to 9”.

I use 15 psi. The pump goes up to 30. I’ve taken it up to 22 psi before but it is painful and probably not a good idea.

Finally I use the hydro max Hercules. It’s also 9” long, but 6 3/4” circumference inside.

I use warm water, and go for 3-5 more 5 minute sessions. There’s no gauge on this one, but it feels like about 12 psi.

I started a year ago. A few times a week, didn’t see much change, got disinterested and was down to a few times a month. I started hearing about great results from dedicated repetition. I’ve been pumping every day now, and really seeing results. No days off. The full size lasts for about an hour, but is still bigger that normal the rest of the day. I’m hearing about permanent results, with, I imagine, maintenance sessions. I want to get to 9” long by 6.5” around. I think any bigger won’t fit in the tiny holes I’m banging. But so far I’m getting gasps of approval with the new big dick. I enjoy watching the mouth strain to wrap around the super sized head and then not be able to suck more than 1/3 of the shaft in. It’s super arousing for us both. I can’t imagine wanting hanging weights off my dick all day or putting it in traction. The pump is working. If I can’t reach my goals, I’m not closed off to trying things I currently won’t consider.

Another thing I didn’t mention: I always make sure my dick is fully engorged before sticking it in the tube for pumping. I found that starting flaccid is more painful and Provides much less results. For me it best to get fully erect before each pumping rep.

Holy hell dude those increases are hard to believe! Not calling you a liar but just wow. Also 15 hg seems incredibly high to me, that seems like an extreme vet level of pressure haha. I’ve only ever gone up to 6 but normally keep around 5 hg. Congrats on the (hopefully) gains! I love pumping but I have read it doesn’t work for everyone /: I’ve been doing various workouts for a year and have gained nothing
