Hello all. I’m new to this forum, though I have lurked here a long time. My current stats are 6” BPEL, 5” EG. My erection strength varies greatly.. Some days it is very good, other days it’s much weaker. When I have great erection strength my glans measure more than 6” of girth, this is how I know I’m at my best.

My penis seems very sensitive to PE. I started with the newbie routine.. Taking it slow.. And for the next two days my flaccid size was smaller than normal, which is already quite small. I remember reading a post on here about a year ago of a newbie with similar issues ( erection strength issues ) and it was suggested to NOT start with jelqing but instead to start with a small amount of pressure using a pump. I purchased a pump and it should be here in a few days.

So here is my question. My first goal is to increase my flaccid size. I feel like I turtle all day and I hate that feeling. When I was younger I didn’t have this issue at all. Now I do. So that is my first goal. My second goal is to increase erection strength, and lastly, to increase size.

Does anyone have suggestions on a routine for me? Should I go back to the newbie routine and scale it back even further? I can’t seem to find the post I read on here about a year ago that suggested pumping small amounts for a few weeks to a few months prior to jelqing to condition the penis so that is what I am curious about too. Thanks for any suggestions.

Yesterday I pumped for fun for the first time to try it out. It was kinda stupid as I still had an injury in my foreskin. I observed that afterward the flaccid you get is the biggest I had ever seen and it remained that way for a few hours. I know guys who combine pumping with manuals and are doing pretty good! See monochrome. However why don’t you try the newbie by itself first and build it up? Then if you don’t see much add a pump.


When conguering a golddigger you need a large bank account, when conquering a dickdigger you need a large tool. When conquering a woman you need a minimum of three things: money, class and yes: dick size. Good news are, you can actually improve in all these three aspects.

I was pumping briefly about 15 years ago. As I remember at that time I experienced a decrease in EQ every time I would use the pump, so I discontinued. Now that I am quite a bit older I get improvement in EQ when I do Kegels. At the present time I am doing over 1000 Kegels a day. Yesterday I completed one session of 1000 Kegels. My erection was very firm.

At this stage you could do pumping, but more as a recovery tool, so 2-3 x 5 minutes sets at 3 hg three times per week is more than enough IMHO.

Restored, I would like to comment here. I find that immediately after I pump I get a marked reduction in EQ. However within a few hours I am back to normal and later my EQ is better than it was before I pumped. Avocet8 has a thread where he recommends pumping to help with ED. That got me into pumping and it had definitely helped me. I am not sure why EQ when you first come out of the cylinder is bad but it might have something to do with lymph fluid build up that quickly dissipates.

I find the same thing with jelqing but the turnaround is more rapid. I normally jelq at around 70 - 80% erect but find after a few jelqs by EQ has noticeably declined. After a bit of manual stimulation I get it back to where it was and start again. On the other hand I am also sure jelqing is also improving my EQ.
