Whilst there’s a few clamping threads, just wanted to check in for validation. Self doubt creeps in when reviewing. Have been pumping for a few months, using 2 X 9, approx 15 mins a day, rest every 5 mins for a min or so. Applied heat pack also. After this is clamp for 10 mins, 2 X 5 - 5 days a week. In between little stretching for warmup. Already girthy so the 2 X 9 is a good fit for length only.

Girth is great.. Length isn’t doing much only in vacuum - sad to say hour or so after.. Were all back to chubby dinky member. Seems girth happens quicker than length. Is there increase in flaccid or erect only ? If so how do I get flaccid moving, balls are fairly big and as such dwarf the penis in flaccid mode. Have to remind yourself not to pee on your balls going loo if hands free lol.

Slowly work your way up to pumping for 30 minutes continuous with no break. That should help with both length and girth. You didn’t say what pressure you are using, but keep it in the 5”hg range, although for the first 5 minutes start at 3”hg and work you way up to the 5”hg pressure.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Apologies, yep 5hg is where I am.. Is clamping still added on ?

Immediately post pump I don’t see much increase in erect length, if any, but that seems to be irrelevant to whether or not it is actually growing.

At most I get 1/8th an inch of increased length after pumping for 20 minutes at 5 inHg. I can get a little more length by pumping for an hour, but I experimented with pumping for an hour at a time and it completely stopped gains.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

That’s my thoughts hence the clamping as I think for girth is working. Length is the Challenge.. I did review dynamic pumping but seems mixed results.
