Hi all, I’m matt,

I am newish to the whole PE world and I have a few questions.

I have been using my extender since July 2019 and have grown a inch. I usually use it for a hour a day.

I have gained 1 inch since I started.

Last month I got a pump and I spoke to another gentleman and he uses a heat pad and wraps it around the tub, so I now do that.

I usually only pump to 5 pounds for 15 minutes. While wearing a cock ring under the tube.

My questions are should I do more time with the extender? Should I do more time with the pump? Should I be using a supplement to help? Should I use the heat pad while using the extender?

Devices become more effective when supplemented with manual exercises. It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn’t have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

I pumped for 20 minutes at 5 hg twice a day. I also extended for about 3.5 hours a day, though,
Many recommend at least 6 hours a day.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

I second what dtW said- starting with the newbie routine of manual exercises helps to condition your dick which can make a later transition to devices more successful.

Heat is good for both applications, actually heat is good for all techniques if you can figure out how to include it. Some guys have found infrared lights are effective. I use a heat pad on my tube as you do.

As to pumping first or extending first, I do not have a recommendation. I have tried both ways.

It did seem to me that whichever process I did first seemed to make the second process more effective, perhaps it was acting as a warmup or pre-stretching activity. This is just my experience and your results and other’s may be different. I only did both when I was extending 1 or 2 hrs/day. Never did it when I was doing more time.

Please also be cautious when doing multiple processes so you do not over stress your penis. Watch your PI’s and slow down/back down as appropriate. Be cautious in all your PE activities.

Sex comes first so don’t overtrain your dick so that you can’t perform. Been there, done that, did not buy the t-shirt.
