Pumping after Newbie Routine Period and this stuff seems to work

I am following the newbie routine strictly right now. The first week and half I started PE (prior to registering) I did not do that great of a job of jelqing, but now seeing the videos and reading more, I feel my technique is good enough for now. I plan on continuing this routine until at least the beginning of March.

And I’m becoming a believer that this is working.maybe not initially in length, but definitely in health. Already I’ve noticed a better flaccid hang. I used to turtle constantly, even undressed. Not the case anymore. My flaccid is no where near what I want it to be after 2 good weeks, but it’s 10x better than what it was. I’m resisting the urge to continually measure and just keep working towards results.

Now, my question..

Has anyone gone into a pumping/jelqing routine after the running the full newbie routine? If so, can you share some tips and experiences to make sure it’s not overdone? I read the Pumping 101 post and it gave great information, but I’m curious to know experiences in making the shift.

You’re in 10x better shape than most newbies with the amount of reading you evidently have done, and the caution you’re exercising in your exercising ;) Congrats on the initial good signs in your progress :up:

Transitioning to a pumping/jelqing routine from the straight newbie routine will be no problem. Just be sure to keep your pumping sessions short at first — and always relatively low pressure. If you’ve read the Pumping 101 thread, this is no news to you, but start out with ~10 minute sessions at no more than 3-4” Hg.

What makes you want to pump, by the way? There’s no guarantee that it (or hanging, or clamping, or whatever) will yield any better gains than a continued manual-exercises plan. In general most PEers advise switching to new exercises only when it seems that gains from your current routine are all dried up.

I’ve been reading about the various other methods as well. Pumping seems to have produced some decent results for some on here, and clamping and hanging just do not sound as appealing yet. I was just wanting to solicit opinions on whether it was a good idea, if anyone had has success doing that, etc.

I really believe I’ll hit my initial goal just by jelqing and stretching. My second goal is 8x6, and if I decide to continue, I’ll want to go to 9x6 (length only gain, 6” girth sounds like more than enough).

Of course, I have a slight fantasy when it comes to all of this in my goals: One of my goals is to where if a woman (beside my wife) accidentally saw me nude, they’d immediately be jealous of my wife. =)
