Pumping Before Sex?

Pumping Before Sex?

I’ve been pumping for a while and know on the forum it says you can pump up on your off day for 10min max before sex. How much vacuum should I use? How long should you wait before having sex once I pull myself out of the pump? Is there any exercises I should do after pumping before sex?

If you can maintain an erection after your normal routine, have sex right away if your partner knows about your PE. Your post pump size will be a turn on for both of you.

You can also put on a cock ring after pumping to help maintain your post pump size.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Ok thanks. My partner knows about my pumping so that shouldn’t be a problem.

A short intense session is best because it works to expand the tunica rather than inflate the skin with fluid.

Try 4 x 5 minutes at 5-6 HG, always enter the cylinder erect, don’t pump beyond the pain threshold from the vacuum, pump until you reach the limit of comfort, from this point if you kegel, it will cause a mild expansion pain.

This will avoid any weird looking donuts and squidgy fluid filled skin, your boner will be normal looking but rock hard and slightly more voluminous than usual.

Is this how you do it right before sex or just a every day routine? I tried pumping before sex the other night and it was a total failure. Not only did I not have any girth increase, I was unable to get erect. 2x15 minutes at 4-5 HG is what I used then put a cockring on right after. So that’s why I’m wondering if you’re suppose to exit the pump hard without lowering the pressure.

I’m not sure I understand your question. Please add some context to it.

If you are asking if at the end of a session where you have been at -5inHg vac level (for example) should you just pull the cylinder off without equalizing the pressure in the cylinder? The answer is no, it is better to equalize pressure first. The greater the vacuum pressure the more difficult it is to break the tubing to pelvis seal.

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I pump before sex almost every time, my girlfriend loves to suck me to get me fully erect so I can pump, she loves the added girth.

Yes that was my question, thanks. Well I did everything right then and it didn’t work.

I think the questions here are: do you get an erection easily regardless of whether you are pumping or not? Are you able to get erect at any time of the day before you pump? Are you able to get erect after you pump, at any time afterward?

Once I pumped for 30 minutes of time in the tube split into 5 sets (two, 3 minute short sets and a 4 minute set for warm up and then two, 10 minute sets) and came right out of the tube, slowly with pressure releasing for easy exit, and I wasn’t hard (I’m never 100% erect after any amount of time when I come out the tube, even when I use Cialis for fun I’m like 90-95% hard, not 100%, and its still penetration-quality hardness) and walked over to my wife who was laying on a bed waiting for me and she lubed me up really good and stroked me for a couple seconds and I got hard and went into her and man it was really good, we both loved it! That worked great for both of us.

So my other questions are: is my scenario not good enough for what you are trying to do? Can you get hard after your pumping session, whether you are alone or with your partner?

And is there some kind of erection quality or size or something that is only there if you are 100% erect upon leaving the tube that you are hoping for? I don’t know what the difference is between instantly out of the tube, 1 minute later, 5 minutes later even. There will be some size change from your most pumped up state, but I think the benefits and increased size, even if slight, will be noticeable for you both during sex.

Starting length, Spring 2003: bpel 6 3/8", bpfsl ~6 1/2", flaccid ~3-4" (never measured flaccid stretched or hanging flaccid; starting girth was probably ~5"-5 1/4")

Summer 2004: bpel 7 7/8", bpfsl 8 1/8", flaccid ~4", erect girth 5.3"

Spring 2018: bpel 7 1/4", bpfsl 7 5/8", erect girth 5 1/8"; Spring 2020: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth 5 3/8". Current - August 2023: bpel 7 3/4", bpfsl 8", erect girth mid shaft 5 1/4" (5 1/2" at base)

My erection quality is 100% pre tube. I was just hoping to add some temporary girth for sex but it doesn’t look like a option.

I had luck recently with use of viagra and good timing. Read my progress report.

How long have you been pumping?

Can you get an erection after pumping when sex is not a part of the program?

The shorter, fully erect periods in the vacuum are key. The size increase isn’t massive but it is noticeable and importantly rock hard.
You don’t need any cock ring and a break of 30+ minutes is fine, it’s OK to be flaccid during that time.
If you have a heat pad, that will help you reach your maximum size if you warm up during foreplay (15-20 mins) but it’s not essential, you’ll still have an impressive boner.

This was my once per week, pumping routine, I would always work up a massive boner afterwards and edge/kegel for 30+ minutes to expand my erection slightly beyond 100% the expanded size.

I gained quite a lot of permanent girth this way, even though it seems like minimal effort.
