During my 20 minute pumping session, I would include two or three 3 minute pulse pumping routines My girth is fairly perminant though I continue to pump three or four times a week because I have ED and need to pump and constrict in order to achieve and maintain my erection. When I pump, I gain an additional 1/2 inch to my girth making it 5.75”.

I also have some good temporary girth gains post-pumping. For me, it’s another additional 1/4 inch that takes me to 4.75”.

It’s hard to say for me to be honest. There are people gaining both at the same time, but to me, it makes sense to focus on either length or girth separately. If you want length, I’d seriously consider a hanging routine instead of pumping. Supplement it with the Phallosan.

Alternatively, manual stretching if you can pull it off properly. Personally, I never felt I could get manual stretching to work for me. Hard to get a proper grip. Hand fatigue. Impossible to multi-task. Etc.

Paid full price. It’s a gentle tug, but I think it works just fine. The problem with the design is that it puts more traction on one side than the other depending on how you orient it. It takes all of 3 mins to take on and off.

Rod based system is more traction.

Well I guess this will be a good experiment then, traction coupled with pumping.

My hypothesis is that after a day of stretching, you’ll have tiny micro tears and pumping will allow you to expand those micro tears and hopefully they “heal” in a more expanded state.

I guess time will tell.

Also when you say pulse pumping do you mean very slowing inflating and deflating the tube?
