I am about done with my first month of PEing (Modest routine: Extender 6 hrs a day, Jelq 160x (2 days on 1 off) and I have started to wonder, would pumping not bring the same results as Jelqing?

In my observation they seem to both allow the extra bloodflow to the corpora cavernosa and glands that is needed to grow/stretch. What would be wrong with my observation?

This is 5 years too late, and I hope you’ve found the answer you’ve been looking for (and gains). Type “pumping vs jelqing” on this site’s search bar and read up on the threads, there’s a lot of information that can help, if you’ve not found it yet.

So far, I haven’t come across any information as to what works better, or if they are the same. Different people have different experiences with them as they all perform them their own way. The general consensus, though, is that when used together, they give very good results.

I can only speak for myself. After nine months of manual exercise, I had gained only a little girth so started pumping and after 4 years, I had gained a little over 1” in girth.
