Hello, after my first post on this forum "No progress after 1 year". I used clamping for 2 years, second year without results, but injuries yes. Because i have used overloading for try a progress and i have see no results, only injuries (thrombosis). After a moment i have decided to stop for ever clamping. I knew pumping by name, but I had never tried it, I was skeptical.

after some research, i have understanding the functioning of pumping. 5hg is preconised for started, but with my resistance, 5hg was too small, 7 Hg was better for start for me. for 2 set of 5-10 minutes. 10 minutes without side effect with 2 sets. After months i think i have found the better protocol for me. 5 days ON 2 days OFF.

Day 1 : 2 sets of 7-10Hg for 10minutes
Day 2 : 4 sets
-Sets 1 : 7 Hg 5 minutes
-Sets 2 : 11-12 Hg for 5 minutes
-Sets 3 : 15 Hg for 5 minutes
-Sets 4 : 17+ Hg for 3-5 minutes

2’30 rest after any sets
And jelqing Before with cream, after i do the same.

Day 3 = Day 1
Day 4 = Day 2

I see progress now and my thrombosis is healed.

clamping is a very intrusive exercise too bad that you had these problems and you did very well to stop.
The pumping also has unwanted effects if you don’t use it carefully and in moderation as do all PE exercises.
If you have found the right routine for you that brings you progress and not problems, I advise you to continue it without ever letting your guard of caution down. Always give us updates see you soon :up:

Right on Yoda! I came to almost the exact same conclusions. 8 months of clamping got me nothing but bad EQ and frustration. Made the switch to pumping last year and have been marching towards my goals at a steady pace now!

I also use a 5 on 2 off (weekends off) cadence. I find my best sets are days 4 and 5 before the weekend. I also found the usual 4-5hg pressure recommendations to be insufficient for me. Maybe we just have tough cocks eh?

I find 7hg is my sweet spot but will go as high as 8.5hg at the end of my sets if I’m feeling really good. I’ve been pumping for 9 months now with one Devon break a few months back. But I’ve worked up to longer sets now. I start with a 20 minute set at 7hg then take a nice 10-15 break to massage, firegoat roll, and then slow edge back to the POR before going back in the tube for a second set of 15 minutes. If my cock is really strong, I might add a 3rd set for 8-10 minutes to finish off.

So far I’ve gained a bit over 1/2” of girth and am 5.125” now. Aiming for 5.5” by spring.

Thank’s for your message ! I see your process. I think it’s necessary to chock for grow, but not too high. After a moment of reflection i had change my process.

Because I think that always using the same pressure for a given time allows the penis to form a plateau and blocks gains.

My new process :

Monday : X sets / 10 Hg / 5 min per sets
Tuesday : 3x10 min 6-7 Hg
Thursday : X sets / 12 Hg 3 min per sets
Friday : 2x20 min 5/6 Hg

X sets = until penis exhaustion / Beginning of moderate lymphatic engorgement. No edema.

Only 4 days ON

Been pumping for years and also found 6-7hg to be my sweet spot. Anything over 7 for an extended time results in edema and or spots for me personally. Just watch the effects and record your results and EQ to adjust your schedule if needed
