Hi. I’m starting the newbie routine, but how important are kegels? I never did them before, I don’t need any help with erections, do they affect gains or are they just there for better erections?

Also, is it okay to stretch only down and not up, left, right? The newbie routine says 10 30 sec stretches, but doesnt say which direction.

Also, the routine goes to like 600 jelqs…is that even good?

Thanks!

Current BPEL: 15,5cm (6,1") | MSEG: 11.7cm (4.6") | Base girth: 12.5cm (4.92")

Kegels aren’t required, but they can only help ;)

They can help with some manual exercises too, like when you need a certain erection level for jelqs or in order to get full engorgement when doing manual squeezes and such.

Stretching downward focuses the stress on the suspensory ligaments. Over time, it lengthens them, which can be either desirable (some people think it makes their penis appear longer), but it can also have negative consequences such as a lower erection angle, and in extreme cases instability of the base of the penis, like when those ligaments are totally severed as part of penis lengthening surgery.

From my personal experience, stretching downward resulted in my erection angle going from 10-11 o’clock to 7-8 o’clock, which I kinda regret.

It’s better to stretch in as many directions as possible.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

Oh thanks! What do you mean some people think it makes their penis look longer? Doesn’t it actually do that? xD What about stretching to the sides, that affects some other ligaments?

And if stretching to sides, should I go like all the way to the side, or like down-left down-right like on the tutorial videos on the forum?
