Fisrt (excuse the correction) it is Glans not gland. Best to be correct otherwise you might get some funny advice :)
There is no great problem in that. Just jelq as is more natural to you. Probably we all have our different way of doing it. So long as you are doing a good jelq action then that’s no problem
Just try and keep it going regularly and you will be stretching as well which is a part of the jelq method,
In fact you should be aware that too much pressure on the glans will cause some red or black spots, even a blister. so don’t try breaking any records in your jelqing.
