Question about "everyday" streching....

In my current PE routine, I go 2 days on and 1 day off. Anyway, I was wondering what some of the vets think of everyday streching? Would it do more damage then good? Like a 5-10 heat warmup and 10-15 minutes of different types of streches, everyday.

Please tell me what you think, thanks in advance!

A lot of people stretch on their rest days (effectively only resting from jelqing/girth work). Whether it provides a benefit or not is another question.

I’m new here at Thunders and need some expert advise.

I discover jelqing for a few years ago and within no time I went from 6 to 7,5 inches in no time until I hit the wall and I just could not grow anything. Thats when I gave up PE.

About 1 1/2 years later which was last Christmas I started stretching, determined to reach my goal of the magic number 8.

And now after 9 month of stretching 1.5 hour a day for 6 days a week, I can’t see any length gains. It seems firmer and a tiny bit thicker.

So, I’m wondering what I’m doing wrong? Could it be because I have not been wearing an ADS at all?

I’m in desperate need for some expert advise here before I give up on this again.
